I love your product! But, my order arrived with a can that had exploded and was mostly empty. I sent several inquiries asking about how to proceed since I had paid for insurance. I have heard nothing. Is it not covered? I understand it’s only one can and if it’s not a large enough issue for a claim, but I would have appreciated a response.
