Most customer shipments will process the same day, excluding holidays and relative delivery is expected within 2-5 business days from purchase. We use the following shipping carriers: USPS and UPS. Tracking details are emailed to customers upon shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We cannot accept returns or exchanges, and partial or full refunds for damaged or defective merchandise will be given on a case by case basis.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, the refund will be made for the product only, less any return shipping and handling costs.
